Non Polarized “Eliminator” Sunglasses

Purposely made to block, cut reduce more glare from the sun, and bright light than any other glare reducing technology in the world. Our “X-G” technology was originally developed to provide soothing relief to hurting, sensitive eyes.

Non-Polarized “Eliminator” lenses allow you to easily read avionics, computers, iPads, cell phones, and all other digital screens, and electronics without problems. The lenses are strong polycarbonate that are light weight, and feather light on the face. The lenses are comfortable, and soothing to wear for long periods of time. The lenses have U.V. “A” and “B” protection added internally mixed inside with the polycarbonate resin.

At altitude, your eyes are 4 to 6 times more subject to Ultra Violet Ray damage than at ground zero level. However, we have you covered internally inside the lens itself, and it cannot be rubbed, or worn off over the years of use.

The backsides of the lenses are coated with an Anti-Reflective glare coating to reduce annoying glare entering from the back of the lenses. The “Eliminator” will protect your eyes from many sun caused skin afflictions related to cancer. Ask your dermatologist.

Serengeti Drivers are made of durable Corning Glass- featuring “Transition”/”photochromatic” lenses in the newest, and finest form ever made. The lenses darken with sunshine, and lightens up in the absence of sun. It has a roseish tint that makes colors more vivid, and stand out so that colors are accentuated. Reds are redder, blues are bluer, greens are greener, yellows are yellower, and whites are whiter. They are built to enhance colors, and make colors more vibrant for your many uses, and needs.

THEY ARE GREAT for reading the clouds and weather conditions with greater accuracy. In addition, it is easier to spot approaching aircraft (where as polarization hides, and conceals the glint from being seen when it is bounced off of nearby aircraft), and therefore, it is helpful to avoid possible mid-air mishaps.

Serengeti Drivers give you greater depth perception, and does not change, or alter the color of runway lights on final approach. The Rosey color is soothing on the eyes, and gives better visibility looking down inside the flight deck in order to read your charts, maps, or your avionics. In addition, the lenses are visibly made lighter on the bottom of the lens, and darker on the top to block the heavier glare from the sun when at altitude (this feature is called “gradient”).
